I had been watching and agonizing a long time over the crack in the basement wall through which water occasionally seeped in. I had envisioned a major project with digging and the yard turned upside down but when I called Steve it turned out that the solution was very simple (if you had the right knowledge and equipment) and involved no digging. The entire repair could be done from the inside. The crack from floor to ceiling was repaired in a few hours leaving essentially no trace. The area with the crack was now smooth and everything cleaned up by the team before leaving. I’m very happy and I highly recommend Steve and his team.

Essentially saved a basement and home sale. Found water ingress in the home inspection and AKME was on site for a review and had the job finished within a few weeks. Steve has a great finishing contractor as well who knows how to work with his water proofing solution to ensure no issues when you want to finish an area. HIGHLY recommend if you want a lifetime solution from a pro.

I hesitated to complete work to stabilize the foundation of our bottom floor until we could find a trusted partnership who could patiently explain the work that needed to be complete at a reasonable price. We found the right company, AKME Waterproofing. The team was clearly capable, completing the work on time, and quite frankly, just good people. Sincerely.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his team. He was honest, thoughtful, and so reasonable. He took a holistic approach to our house which was such a different experience than the bigger companies. Always always choose Steve! We are so grateful

We were remodeling our basement and our contractor noticed water coming into the basement from our foundation after demolition. We called a couple companies out to review and diagnose.

The first company did not even find the source of the leak but recommended installing a drain along the entire foundation wall for $10k

Steve with AKME was our second appointment and right off the bat I could tell Steve was very knowledgeable. Steve found the crack where the water was coming into the house and his recommended solution was a fraction of the cost compared to first company.

Needless to say, we chose AKME and are very pleased with the results.

When we had to have the original cast iron sewer pipe replaced with a PVC pipe through the foundation of our property we faced an issue of ground water leakage around the new PVC pipe. Our plumber tried twice sealing the pipe without success. Another foundation company also tried twice to seal the pipe without success and they recommended AKME. We were delighted with their quick response, thoroughness of their work and the resultant outcome. We have had significant rainfall in the last 4 weeks with ZERO leakage and the work has a 15 year warranty. I would have no hesitation recommending Steve and his team. They are a delight to work with and their results are outstanding.

Steve and his team did an incredible job! They hooked up my home with a brand new French Drain and Vapor Barrier over the course of two days, and it is some of the highest quality work I have ever seen! The crew was extremely professional, well organized, and they were so quiet i almost forgot they were working a few times. My crawlspace feels like brand new. Everyone in the Greater Atlanta Area should be hiring AKME Waterproofing for their homes!

Every aspect of working with AKME waterproofing was extremely positive. Steve came out and provided me options for me to consider and in no way was putting any pressure to do more work than what was necessary. Ultimately we decided to put in a sump-pump and encapsulate the crawlspace. The team came out every morning on-time and were efficient and did a great job. They cleaned up after and now my crawlspace is dry and everything was exactly as described. I can't recommend AKME highly enough. If you have basement or crawlspace water issues you should absolutely give them a call. A+++

I hired AKME Waterproofing to seal my cement basement wall which over time developed a crack. I hired them in large part based upon the reviews I saw online. The reviews proved to be accurate as their work was very very good and I would highly recommend them if you have a similar need in your house.
